After goods arrive customers’ hands, if customer find the goods’ quality totally can not accept. 1st step, show photos to us. And send back the samples to us. And we will also check the samples which we left some photos during production. To compare and figure out if the quality is really have quality problem or not. Once result is same as customer’s complain, will start up negotiation of compensation until customers satisfy with the solution.
And we will note this issue quality problem and avoid to happen in next future orders.
