After goods arrive customers’ hands, if customer find the goods’ quality totally can not accept. 1st step, show photos to us. And send back the samples to us. And we will also check the samples which we left some photos during production. To compare and figure out if the quality is really have quality problem or not. Once result is same as customer’s complain, will start up negotiation of compensation until customers satisfy with the solution.And we will note this issue quality problem and avoid to happen in next future orders.    

For new customers, usually do T/T & L/C involve cable at sight & D/P at sight. And need 20% ~ 30% advantage payment.For long time cooperation, we also do L/C in 30 days,in 60 days, in 90 days, and also O/A. Because our company VIP of China Express & import insurance company.Once customers don’t pay for the balance, insurance company will first pay us, then insurance company have department in every country and the department insurance company staff will have source and solution in law the ask for the payment with the buyer.For the clean custom documents we will fullfill with customers requirement to help customers smoothly and successfully to clean the custom and for the goods to sell fast.

① For old customers, that samples less 0.5kg, we will in charge of the air flight fee.If more than 0.5kg, then need share the cast. ② For new customers, free sample, but air flight fee is to collect, not prepaid. 

Basically the cable samples are free for one or two meter if the specification we have in warehouse. If the specification you need that we don’t have stock in warehouse for old customer we can still produce for free. For new customers we need to charge cast, details charge amount depend on details specification. After place order will return this cast to customer. Details please contact with salesman.
